You have full access to your site via FTP. Files will need to be placed in httpdocs, or httpsdocs for SSL (https access).

Yes, both Zend Optimizer and ionCube are installed.

What are my mail servers?
You may use mail.yourdomain.com. You should use your full email address as your email user name. While we recommend you use your ISP's outgoing mail servers, if you plan on using our servers for your outgoing email, you will need to enable outgoing mail authentication in your email client.

When transferring a domain, it asks for a transfer key. What is this?
In order to ensure you are the current owner of the domain, please contact your current registrar and ask them for the domain's EPP transfer key.

How do I log into my control panel to manage my hosting?
Log into our Client Management section, click Manage next to the package you wish to manage, click Panel Options, then click Panel Login. This will automatically fill in your username. You can also use this direct link, using the username provided in your welcome email.

The DBWebAdmin won't open in my control panel?
Please disable your popup blocker or add https://www.wickshosting.com to your popup blockers exclusion list.
