Privacy Policy



The use of products and services from Wicks Hosting constitutes agreement to these terms.

You agree that you are legally permitted to enter into contracts, and you understand that you are bound by this agreement. You agree that you will not host viruses, malicious scripts, illegal material, or hate content. You agree that your website will not host multi-level marketing (MLM) programs, "phishing" schemes or any other type of scams or illegal content (including, but not limited to, pirated software, hacking tools, unlicensed files, or warez material). You agree to not host any type of anonymous gateway or proxy scripts. You agree that you will not send SPAM or unsolicited email from our servers.

You agree to hold Wicks Hosting free of any and all claims. Wicks Hosting, Innovative Online Solutions, its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, agents, subsidariaries, and employees are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, regardless of the use, nonuse, or misuse of any information, files, or in contained herein.

You may at no time attempt to cause harm to a server of Wicks Hosting. You may at no time use the server for "scamming" or false representation.

Wicks Hosting reserves the right to terminate your service at any time, with or without cause. You are not entitled to a refund should Wicks Hosting do so. We may terminate your service if you are using our services for spam or morally objectionable content, as determined by Wicks Hosting in its sole discretion.

Wicks Hosting may periodically back up files or make electronic copies of any content on our server. You authorize us to perform such actions with your files and data.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee - If you are unhappy with our hosting services, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase to receive your full money back. Wicks Hosting has the right to limit this refund for whatever reason. Refunds will not be issued on accounts using excessive resources within the first 30 days, as determined by Wicks Hosting. The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to hosting services, and does not apply to any other products or services, including, but not limited to, domain names, SSL certificates, dedicated IP addresses, or other licenses. If your subscription to hosting services includes a free domain name or transfer, your refund will be deducted the cost of the domain name or transfer using our then current prices.

Free domain offer applies to select plans only when purchased and prepaid annually. Applies to first year of plan only. Discount domain rates, such as those that applies for transfers, apply only to the first cycle and will be renewed at the regular and then current rate.

Termination of your service will not necessarily result in a refund, unless it falls under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

If at any time you send unsolicited email (SPAM), you may be assessed a penalty for each email sent. We have a zero tolerance policy for SPAM. You are not allowed to send more than 5000 emails per day. Remember, since SPAM is not allowed, this means 5000 non-SPAM emails. If you expect to be sending more emails please contact us in advance to arrange for this.

If at any time you host viruses, malicious scripts, illegal material, hate content, or other prohibited files, your account may be terminated without notice.

We will attempt to contact you via both email and phone should you exceed your stated bandwidth/transfer limits. If we are unable to do so within a reasonable time period, we reserve the right to automatically disable these accounts. If you exceed your allotted bandwidth/transfer allowance, you will be charged $1 per GB transfer overage. Wicks Hosting may, at its own discretion, assess fees for excessive account utilization beyond our stated levels (as found on the plan details page of our website).

You agree that all rights to all services and software provided are held by Wicks Hosting or its appropriate licensor. You agree to make no claim of interest in any services or software.

Wicks Hosting reserves the right to change service specifications and pricing from time to time, and you agree that these changes will become effective either immediately or at your next billing date. All transactions will be conducted in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated.

With each plan purchase, you are eligible for a free transfer of your existing website from your current host to our servers by our technicians. There is a limit of one free transfer per initial plan purchase.

All coupons are valid for new customers only with their first order on select products only. Some coupons may be available to existing customers; these coupons will start with the text "ex". Coupons are not valid for renewals; renewals will take place at the regular rate unless expressly stated.

Wicks Hosting reserves the right to suspend, transfer, cancel or delete overdue accounts or domains in its sole discretion.

Wicks Hosting may increase prices of eNom domains or other products and services for resellers who have been issued an eNom reseller account.

On select plans Wicks Hosting may provide you with an Ecommerce Templates Plus license and updaters. Wicks Hosting will purchase these licenses and will allow your use of them. The license and updaters will remain the property of Wicks Hosting and are not transferable.

Wicks Hosting expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied. The services are provided "as-is". Wicks Hosting makes no warranty that the service will meet your requirements, be secure, error free, or uninterrupted.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT OF THE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Wicks Hosting BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT OR GOODWILL, FOR ANY MATTER, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY IS ASSERTED ON THE BASIS OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLDUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ANY BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES, SERVER DOWNTIME, WEBSITE INACCESSABILITY, YOUR LOSS OF DATA OR FILES OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF Wicks Hosting HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some states may not allow such a broad exclusion or limitation on liability, so the above may not apply to you.

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US, Wicks Hosting, INNOVATIVE ONLINE SOLUTIONS, ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, SUBSIDARIES, AND EMPLOYEES HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND, INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES, MADE BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FROM THE USE OF INSTRUCTIONS, UTILITIES, MANAGEMENT INTERFACE, FILES, LOSS OF DATA, SERVER DOWNTIME, WEBSITE INACCESSABILITY, BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, OR ANY OTHER REASONS. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the liability of Wicks Hosting for damages caused by negligence on the part of Wicks Hosting or other penalties assessed by law, is limited to $20.

Wicks Hosting may edit these terms at any time, and they will immediately become binding. It is your responsibility to monitor changes of our Terms & Conditions. At no time will we provide any of your details to third parties unless required to do so by law.

Should any paragraph of this agreement be deeming invalid, all other paragraphs shall survive termination or cancellation of this agreement.



Wicks Hosting guarantees that our servers will be running, functioning correctly, and accessible via the internet 100% of the time of each monthly billing cycle. For annual or other periodic customers, a monthly billing cycle will be considered one month of your annual cycle time, starting and ending on your monthly anniversary date. Should we at any time fail to meet this guarantee, you may contact us within 15 days of the monthly billing period ending for which we failed to meet this guarantee and request that a credit be applied to your account. If Wicks Hosting approves your request, you will be credited a percentage of your hosting package price for that monthly billing period, which will be applied to your account. This credit can only be used for purchase of hosting and related products and services from Wicks Hosting.

This guarantee applies only to hosting products and excludes additional items such as domains and SSL certificates. The guarantee only applies to accounts in good standing that are not overdue on payment. The guarantee does not cover any problems with scripts or files on your website that cause the website to not function through no fault of Wicks Hosting.

Wicks Hosting may collect personal information when you register for a service or contact us. Wicks Hosting uses cookies and other technologies to enhance your online experience and improve the quality or our service to you. We will under no circumstances share any personally identifiable information with any third party unless required by law.
